GROW Pint Night: Connecting Farm to Lunchbox

  • Tue, September 12, 2017
  • 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Craft and Growler, 3601 Parry Ave, Dallas, TX 75226

Join GROW North Texas at our favorite bar as we sit down with local farm and food experts to discuss the importance of understanding the connection between farms and human consumption. In this panel discussion we'll learn about the local farm to table movement and its prevalence in early childhood education.

Panelists will include:
Darciea Houston, lead farm hand at Paul Quinn Farm
Graham Dodds, renowned Dallas farm to table chef and culinary director of The Statler Hotel & Residences
Kris Habashy, founder and director of Connecting City to Farm
John Paul Dineen III, farmer and co-owner of The Yellow Farmhouse
Kim Whalen Aman, farmer and program director at Moss Haven Farm

The panel will be moderated by our very own Susie Marshall and will be from 6-7:30pm with time for Q&A - so come with questions in mind!

Enjoy a beer (or two) throughout the evening as Craft and Growler will donate $1 for each purchase made between 5-8pm.

More information can be found here. We look forward to seeing you soon!
